Returns/Damages
We hope you are happy with your purchase but understand on occasions you may wish to return items, or that the parcel arrives damaged or faulty. In this instance, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order on 01929 421611 between 10am and 5pm or ideally email us at info@baysidetrading.co.uk with information about your return request. We are committed to the highest levels of customer service and assure you of our attention to resolve any issues as soon as we can.
Please be aware that we are not responsible for the return postage, with the exception of faulty items or goods damaged in transit.
Once you have contacted us please take care of the products you wish to return and not use them. Please ensure the items are wrapped securely. We recommend that you use insured registered delivery and keep the proof of posting receipt as we cannot be responsible for returned items that fail to reach us.
In order for us to process you refund, the items must be unused, in perfect condition, undamaged and in the original packaging with labels still attached. All fragile items must be suitably and securely packaged.
It maybe that large items will need collected by one of our couriers and the cost of this will be deducted from your refund, please contact us and we will happily arrange and advise.

Delivery and Postage
We offer free delivery on orders over £75.00 posted to within the UK.
Our standard delivery charge is £3.99 using Royal Mail second class signed for service. We can offer next day delivery service charged at £7.00.
Orders placed before 2 o'clock Monday to Saturday we will aim to ship the same day. Orders placed on a Sunday or bank holiday will be shipped the next working day.
Please be aware that we will not ship your order until all items are available.
