Ptnsystems offers IT sales and support to individuals and businesses in the Dorset area. We have a small team with experience of the real world problems that arise within IT, and appreciate the need to keep computer systems running smoothly.
If you have a problem we aim to get things back to normal as quickly as possible and in the most cost effective way. Sometimes, while it may be possible to find a solution to a problem, it may be prohibitively expensive to do so. With this in mind we always try to offer the best and most cost effective solution to any problems you may have.
We also believe maintenance is key to reducing faults on computer systems which, together with solid backup procedures, and good working practices, will result in few of the problems that can await.
We have invested in business grade remote desktop software enabling us, with your permission, to see your screen over an internet connection. This enables us to give instant support and and requires very little input from the customer's end.

While sales makes up a small part of our overall business, we will never sell you anything unless with believe it is in your best interest, and certainly not, if there is a cheaper, or even free, alternative available (see our downloads section).
We have accounts with the largest trade suppliers in the country and are able to supply a huge range of products, next day if necessary. If you like to shop around yourself, then we are equally happy to help in the setup and configuration of any equipment you may have.
